How the booking processes work.
Explanation:-
We are no longer using Paypal, due to restrictions and charges they apply. Therefore we will operate a more manual system where you reserve seats online and send a cheque. If you have any difficulty using the website please e-mail us, leave a contact phone number and we will call you back to see how we can help.
Step One
Create an account in NEAT ticketing, if you have an account already you can also log in from this page.

From the Productions List click on the title (next to the photo) .
Chose the performance date you would like, click buy tickets this will open a new window
Step Three
From the drop down list on the left hand side of the screen, select the seating area you would like.
Step Four
Select seats, the total amount will shown in the box, click add to basket.
Step Five
If you are happy with the seats selected click go to check out. This will automatically close the seating plan. you will be taken back to the brown website.
Click Confirm Reservation.
Step Six
You will receive an e-mail that will have the instructions of what to do next. the e-mail should come through within 30 minutes. If it has not please check your junk mail, if still not there please contact ttdgsy@cwgsy.net to verify your reservation.
Step Seven
Send your cheque with the copy of the e-mail attachment to the address in the attachment.
Step Eight
TTDGSY will acknowledge payment in the ticketing system, and your e- ticket will be issued, or hard copy tickets put in the post to you.
Notes:-
If you would prefer to make an online banking payment, rather than send a cheque please e-mail ttdgsy@cwgsy.net that way we know to be expecting payment via that method.

If payment is not received in 7 days the seats will automatically be released for re-sale.
